Yes, Two Maids provides a variety of cleaning packages tailored to meet different needs, including one-time and recurring cleaning services.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you're unsatisfied with a cleaning, notify Two Maids within 48 hours, and they will promptly schedule a free re-clean to address your concerns. ​

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, Two Maids supplies all necessary professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer the use of your own products, inform the office and leave them on the kitchen counter; however, no discount is offered for using customer-provided supplies.

Can my pet stay home during the cleaning?

Yes, pets can remain at home during the cleaning. It's recommended to secure them in a safe area to ensure their safety and comfort, as well as that of the cleaning team.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, notify Two Maids at least two business days in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee, as per local policies.
